About Us:Mirai Group Japan is a premier trading company specializing in high-quality Japanese products and international imports. As we expand our operations to Jakarta, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced CEO Secretary to support our CEO, who is based in Tokyo, Japan.
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and professional CEO Secretary to manage both business and personal tasks for our CEO in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal assistance and secretarial duties, excellent scheduling abilities, and strong research and paperwork skills. Fluency in English and native Indonesian language proficiency are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle business and personal administrative tasks, including research and documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other paperwork as needed.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and business trips.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other company's staff.
Conduct market research and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up on various tasks.
Travel with the CEO for meetings and business trips as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or secretary.
Native Indonesian speaker with fluency in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent research and documentation abilities.
Ability to manage schedules efficiently.
Comfortable with travel and flexible working hours.
Marketing background experience is a plus.
Must reside in Jakarta and be able to commute within the city.
