Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of E-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and techniques.
Proficiency in web analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimizations.
Experience in managing and optimizing online sales funnels and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and fulfillment processes.
Knowledge of customer experience optimization and user-centered design principles is a plus.
