BUILDING BUSINESSES
BEYOND BORDERS.

CEO & Chairman, Mirai Group JapanFounder of Majestic Cosme

Japan-based entrepreneur building companies, teams and brands across markets.

The work

I BUILD WHERE I START WITH NOTHING.

No network. No local connections. Sometimes, no idea who the first call should even be.

That is the part I enjoy.

I enter new markets, build relationships from zero, create local teams and turn opportunities into businesses that can stand on their own.

For more than 16 years, Japan has been the base from which I have built, failed, learned, rebuilt and expanded.

THE COMPANY I'M MOST PROUD OF BUILDING.

MAJESTIC COSME

Majestic Cosme began with a question that came from my early R&D work: how far could skincare go if we approached it as biotechnology rather than conventional cosmetics?

Before Mirai Group Japan existed, I was researching stem-cell applications in skincare.

That work eventually became part of a much bigger ambition: to develop skincare technologies that don't simply follow the industry.

Today, our goal remains the same: build technologies we believe can move skincare years ahead of conventional approaches.

DECEMBER 8, 2025

FROM ZERO TO JAKARTA IN MONTHS.

We began selling in Indonesia on December 8, 2025.

We entered a market where we had to build our presence from the ground up.

Months later, Majestic Cosme had expanded across Jakarta's premium retail landscape, built a substantial local team and developed a growing network of doctors supporting the brand.

It became one of the fastest market expansions I have ever led.

A working philosophy

KNOW WHEN TO GIVE UP.

Most business advice tells you the opposite.

"Never give up" sounds inspiring. But business is not supposed to be an extension of your ego.

I have learned that sometimes the smartest decision is to admit something isn't working, understand why, and stop.

Don't spend years protecting a failed idea simply because you already spent years building it.

Give up.
Learn.
Start again.

A different idea.
A different business.
A different market.

Persistence matters.

But knowing what is no longer worth persisting with can matter even more.
